Located only 50 miles from the Missouri River, Bowdle residents have easy access to the Walleye Capital of the world. In addition to the great fishing, South Dakota offers unbeatable Pheasant, White Tail and Mule Deer hunting. Bowdle's 9 hole Municiple Golf Course and large community park offer local fun for the entire family.
The Bowdle School district prides itself on providing students with a top notch education through small class sizes. A wide variety of extracurricular activities are available such as FFA, FCCLA, 4-H, basketball, football, volleyball, track and many more.
